3D Printing — HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5200
Trying to dial in a new part design? Turn to Super Vac Foundry's 3D printing services. We can create metal casting patterns or medium-sized volumes production parts using Nylon 12 PA12 powdered plastic. The HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5200 is accurate to 80 microns, making any part possible.
Deburring — TimeSavers 22 Series
Our Timesavers 22 Series machine utilizes three abrasive rotating heads, which deburs metal sheets for a polished finish. This machine can round off the sheets in the same pass, saving time and money for customers.
Press brake — Safan Darley E-Brake 100T
Once deburred, sheet metal components can be pressed into various shapes using 100 tons of force thanks to the Super Vac Foundry's Safan Darley Electric Press Brake.
Robotic Welding — Vectis Automation
When there are some welds that are too precise for human hands, turn to Super Vac Foundry's Vectis Robotic Welding machine. Not only can we weld together a complex part, but we can weld it in a fraction of the time perfectly, every time.
